Your mission

Together with our creative team you turn raw footage, scripts and an idea into video ads that actually perform! 

  • Direct response editing: Raw footage, scripts and an idea go in. High-performing direct response video ads come out.
  • Strategy into video: You translate strategy into videos with powerful hooks, clean storytelling and a edeting rhythm that keeps viewers watching.
  • Footage & sound: Finding the right footage and imagery is part of the job. Then you layer in motion design and sound.
  • Concept development: Creative concepts don't stop at the briefing. Together with our creative strategists and project managers, you take them further.
  • Brand work: Every client brand has its own look. In your edits it stays exactly that way.
  • Tools: The Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools are your daily setup. And when a new tool is worth it, the team hears about it from you.
  • Agency marketing: Every now and then, something for our own agency marketing.

Your profile

Important: we're looking for editors with performance marketing experience.

  • Based in Portugal: You're based in Portugal and planning to stay.
  • Performance editing experience: Several years editing video ads for performance marketing on YouTube, Meta or Google.
  • Performance thinking: CTR, conversion rate and retention aren't abstract numbers for you. Editing, visuals and storytelling are how you move them.
  • Your tools: Strong command of Premiere Pro and/or After Effects, plus CapCut and Figma.
  • Ownership: Your own ideas, full ownership of your projects and clear priorities when several deadlines run at once.
  • AI tools: Experience with AI-powered tools, or a real appetite to get into them.
  • Fluent English, German at B2 or above: You'll work with German-language ad copy and client feedback.
A plus, but not a must: a feel for UGC formats, direct response storytelling and platform-specific nuances.
